Scholarship SUBMISSION Instructions - DEADLINE is APRIL 1st at 4PM

Save your scholarship application as either a Word or PDF document using your full name as the file name.

Include in your email the following;

1.  Completed Application (which includes activities, work experience and essay)

2.  Letter of recommendation from community member (not Pattonville staff)

3.  2nd letter of recommendation (can be from a Pattonville staff member or community member)

Letters of recommendation can also be emailed directly from the writer, using the same email instructions.  The same April 1st deadline applies to letters of recommendation.

If all three items listed above are not received by the deadline, VIA EMAIL ONLY, the application will not be considered for a scholarship award.

You will receive an email within 24 hours, confirming that your application was received.  Same will hold true with the letters of recommendation.
