The Pirates are members of the Surburban South XII Conference and Class 5 participant of the Missouri State High School Activities Association. The team plays a highly competitive schedule, which includes ranked teams in the St. Louis area, as well as the state. Pattonville Boys Basketball program consist of Varsity, Junior Varsity and Freshman teams. The season begins in November and continues through March.
