    • Domestic Violence Services

      Provides a 24-hour crisis line, short-term emergency shelter, counseling, court advocacy, support groups and children's counseling. 314-993-2777
      Safe Connections has a website where viewers can learn more about the dynamics of domestic violence and sexual assault. Services aim to reduce the impact and incidence of relationship violence and sexual assault through education, crisis intervention, counseling and support services.

      24-Hour Crisis Helpline is staffed by well-trained volunteers who help callers assess their immediate safety needs and provide emotional support. Crisis Helpline staff provide callers with referrals for counseling, medical care, legal aid, shelter and other needed services. Safe Connections arranges over-the-phone interpreters in more than 140 languages for Crisis Helpline callers.

      Project H.A.R.T. offers information about healthy relationships to adolescents at schools and other sites around the region.

      St. Martha’s Hall offers the following services to abused women 18 years of age and older and their children:

      Peer advocates are trained to offer support, information and advocacy to those involved in dating abuse relationships as well as concerned parents, teachers, clergy, law enforcement, and service providers.

      Services Include the following: Crisis Hotline 24-hour crisis intervention hotline seven days a week, providing referrals for shelter, legal and medical services as necessary. Residential Services Program Provides safe shelter and support to women and their children escaping the threat of domestic violence. While in the shelter, support groups, along with referrals for employment, child care, education, legal assistance and housing help put victims back on their feet.       Batterer's Intervention Program

      RAVEN’s groups for men specialize in working with men who have been abusive to their female loved ones (wife, girlfriend, etc). Some men come to RAVEN’s program because they have been ordered to do so by the court; others come on their own or through other referral sources.
