Grace Hill provides primary and preventive health care through five community health center locations, primarily to uninsured and underserved residents of St. Louis and surrounding communities. GHNHC is accredited through The Joint Commission.

Health Care For Kids is a primary care pediatric clinic that specializes in conducting physical exams and providing immunizations for children. Its professional staff is comprised of full-time physicians and registered nurses. Health Care For Kids also offers after-hours specialty care services for children. It participates in health care plans of various insurance companies, such as Healthcare USA, Care Partners and Community Care and Mercy Health Plans.

Healthy Kids Express performs screenings for hearing and vision, anemia, lead, dental, asthma and scoliosis. Services also include height/weight measurements and immunizations. The program was developed to bring health care to children from 1-18 years old in St. Louis city, surrounding counties and the Metro East. Healthy Kids Express is a site-based program, partnering with local school districts, Head Start programs, local day care centers, and other community sites to offer services. Healthy Kids Express social workers gather resources and are able to connect families to community resources such as low-cost health insurance and healthcare providers.

Free medical care for youth/young adults between 13 and 24 years old. The clinic is open Monday - Friday between 1pm and 5pm, however, please arrive no later than 4:30pm to complete registration.
The medical clinic at the SPOT offers:

◦HIV and STD testing and treatment
◦Strep throat testing
◦Hepatitis A and Hepatitis B vaccines
◦Contraception is available
◦Prescriptions provided as medically necessary
◦Get a referral to ongoing care as needed
Providing quality full-service dentistry to children with inadequate access due to financial or geographic reasons at no charge. The target population is children of grade school age who are living at or below the poverty level. Currently these full-service dental services are being provided through a two-day dental clinic, held at St. Louis University, in February and October each year. Every child seen at the “Give Kids a Smile” clinic receives an oral examination, necessary radiographs, a thorough cleaning and fluoride treatment and education on oral hygiene, proper nutrition, etc. Fillings and extractions can also be completed at the clinic, with follow-up appointments scheduled with local, volunteer dentists.
Provides eligible children ages 3 to 14 with an eye exam, frames and lenses free of charge. Eligible children reside in St. Loius City, St. Louis County or St. Charles County and are uninsured or underinsured. Children must be referred through a recognized social welfare organization. Throughout the year, OneSight’s volunteer doctors and employees provide free eye care and new eyewear in Luxottica’s retail stores to those in need. All patients are pre-selected by local charities based on visual and financial need.
